What if we never really hurt but we just remain annoyed at the actions of others?

Maybe if there was less emphasis on the power of the heart, the emotions we have would pass quicker.

I guess what I’m really trying to say is, in life we expect too much from people when the truth is, they come and go. We stay hurt because we expect that when people walk into our lives that they won’t just as easily walk out again.

Many don’t see this as a lesson in life but as a loss. We are human, we make mistakes and things go wrong. One thing you cannot do is hold into that feeling forever. The only person you’re truly stuck with forever is yourself.

This life is very simple to me. I believe it is what you make it. You may not have as many friends as others but YOU have the power to change that. You have the power to change anything in your life and only you can do so.

Why not make a change today? Do something you’ve always wanted to! Join a club, start a hobby or even a business idea. Go back to school, travel, do anything you want! Nobody else can determine the path your life takes, and don’t be afraid to do what YOU want. The mind is an amazing, creative machine and it’s yours if you want it.
